FREE Build a Beaver Family Hike
Family hike lead by a professional naturalist from South Platte Park. Children of all ages carry examples of beaver adaptations up the hill (goggles, flippers, etc.). At the top, we’ll assemble our “beaver” as we dress a child in a mixture of man-made beaver props.

Orionids Meteor Shower

Community First Aid, CPR, and AED Training
Learn the techniques used with adults, infants and children and how to respond to injuries and sudden illnesses preparing you to help in an emergency situation. Upon completion, receive certification in American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED for adults, children, and infants. Fee includes book and certification.
